D1660w Dell Printer - CRUM ID Errors

Last night, we had a lot of bad weather come through and stupid me forgot to unplug my printer.  I have a Dell D1660w laser printer.  I've had it for a year and a half... and for the most part I haven't had any problems with it.  This morning I see CRUM ID errors telling me to "reseat" the cartridges (all 4: yellow, magenta, cyan and black).  I've reseated them several times.   Restarted the printer.. and tried to go into the printer tool box on my computer, but my printer isnt wanting to connect either.  What I've gathered is that something is wrong with the censors... they are not recognizing any of the cartridges... and before you ask ... 2 of the cartridges I bought in the last 2 weeks off of here (Dell.com) .  All of them are Dell cartridges that I bought off the main website.

I'm worried that maybe a surge went through or something and completely fried the printer.  Any help would be greatly appreciated!
