Dell 1600n Scan to Email

I have a small office that has a Dell 1600n laser printer.

Everything seem to be working correctly for everyone, until they added a new person to the office. I can not find a way to get this new persons email address into the 1600n printer so that he can scan documents straight to his email address. Everyone else can and I have downloaded everything form Dell I can find on this printer and even accessed the qui via the printers IP addy and can not find anything anywhere on adding changing or deleteing the email addresses.

Any one have a quick hint to point me in the right direction?
