Dell 1720 printer error message: Replace drum

I replaced the photoconductor unit on my Dell 1720 and it printed fine for two days.  I had a paper jam today and now the replace drum light keeps flashing and I can't seem to clear it this time.  I tried to reset the counter again but to no avail.  Any suggestions.
