Dell 1815dn paper jam 1

Hello

I have a problem with my Dell 1815dn paper feeder. If i 'm printing or copy, paper (from tray1) will jam.  Even I'm printing a single page, the printer automatically take a second  paper from tray 1 and  the printer paper jams.

I have this problem only when I select Tray1. If you select bypass it print normally..

Hello Alex,

Thank you for posting to the forum. Please try using a damp cloth to wipe down the feed rollers and the separator pad on the tray. If issues persist it very likely they have worn out.

Regards,

I do not think there the rollers are worn. They drag sheets very well.
Problem is not let out the first sheet as a second sheet is drawn, wich block the T1 feed sensor.
