Dell 3000 problem

Hi!

The problem is that:
The printer quickly spends the  CYAN TONER, the toner most part pours out in the printer. Having replaced a toner cartridge  from f DELL, the printer of 10 minutes did calibration, and has then shown to replace the  BLUE TONER. Has opened the printer, and inside all in the   CYAN TONER.
Has cleaned the printer, has put a new toner - all has repeated!
Please, explain the reason?

Hello,

maybe you have a developer cyan issue and it's spending cyan toner, also about calibrating issue you could use cleaning roll to clean laser glass. You could locate a plastic blue trigger at the front of printer, then a small hole at right side of the printer will be open and you could see a blue piece that you should use about 15-20 times in and out to clean glass.

Hope it helps
