Dell 3100 in offline mode

We have a Dell 3100 on the network.  It switched to offline mode and we cannot change it back.  You can ping it and you can load the network status page from a computer.  When you look in "Printers and Devices" on any computer on the network, it is grayed out and shows in "Offline" mode.  Printer is on ready on the LCD.  Printer prints a test page.  Tired rebooting the printer, changing the ip address, different port on the network, different cable, still witht he same result.  All the computers on the network show the same "offline" mode.  Our other printers in the office are online and working fine.  I am at a loss on this and am looking for anyone who may have an answer.  Thanks.

Steps attempted:

-Rebooted/.powered off/on printer

-Changed printer ip address

-reloaded printer drivers on computers

-reset INIT ram on printer.

-Changed network cable, network jack
