All we have is the online User Guide. We do not have repair/disassembly documentation. Dell does not repair printers, we simply replace them while under warranty.

I understand that there is a service manual available but from where. I have 2 3100cn printers and both are in need of repair.

Try checking in older dell post under 3100 for a training manual for <ADMIN NOTE: Email id removed per privacy policy>
