Dell 5100Cn cannot remove Drum! Help!
Got a used 5100 Cn printer recently. Everything has been going well until recently some pages are printing with very little image. Toners are mostly full. I think the drum is toast. Tried to replace the drum but cannot get the old druum out. I lifted the cover etc. Pulled up on the handle and that baby is not budging. Appreciate any suggestions on this.

Hello, try to open front cover using squared latch on right front of printer,not circled right sided button. You should see drum and a blue plastic button on right top, just push it and upper drum cover should arise.
then you could see blue plastic handgrip drum and just pull upwards and take care, it's weighted 3 kg.

Thanks for the help. Got the drum out as it was stuck. Now I out everything back together and keep getting a front door open error message. Everything is back in place including the fuser. Any ideas how to get this working again?
