My Dell 715W All-in-One suddenly stopped copying today. I can printokay from my pc or a PrintTest Page.
After some troubleshooting, I discovered that the 715W will NOT copy from either the ADF(Automatic Document Feeder) or the scanner glass.
Anyone had similar issues?
I also just discovered that Printer Tech Support is only available M-F, 7a-7p CST.
Unplug te printer from the wall. Now remove the power brick for 60 seconds. This will reset any error message the pritner is getting.
What is a Dell Service Tag and how do I locate it?
