Dell 720 Carriage Jam

I have a 962 all in one also that I bought last Aug. I have had pretty good luck with the printer part of it, but on the fax side I found out that I could send faxes but could not receive them. My brother in law also bought one in Nov. Of last year. He can not receive faxes from other countries. So he had to go back to his old fax machine. I traded his 962 with mine scents he wasn't using that part of it. So now today I was trying to fax the thing ups and says line error and now I don't have any dial tone through the 962 but I still have internet with my computer. I can no longer fax with the second 962 with in a month. I don't no wants going on. Has anyone had problem with the fax on the 962 before?
