Dell 725 on a mac!

Hello, i was wondering if it is possible to install my dell 725 colour print on a mac. ive heard mixed answers to this question some ppl sayin no and some ppl sayin that lexmark make dell printers and that there is a driver for the dell 725 under a lexmark name. :s :)
