Dell AIO 924 Software, For XP, Download?

Hi hi,

I am a noob so apologies in advance, if needed. Thank you. :emotion-10:

I've misplaced my Dell AIO 924, for XP, software cd and was wondering where I can find a download to re-install the software..

I cannot find it anywhere. CD or download. Can anyone help? No worries about the driver, I have it.

Please follow these instructions and then report back with the results.

First make sure your computer has all the Windows updates. I have the custom ones too, especially the .net framework(Needed to run many applications). Also make sure to have the latest Java. Since you didn't mention how the printer's connected, here the basic instructions for this printer.

Disconnect your printer. Download and run this patch to completely remove the printer from your computer. When the patch is finished, it will prompt you to restart your computer. It seems to be a lenghty process so please be patient.

Restart your computer.

Download the proper drivers.

XP Drivers

Vista 32-bit Drivers

Vista 64-bit Drivers.

All other drivers

Install the proper drivers.(ONLY install the drivers you need) You'll be prompted when to connect your printer(powered on)

Scanning

Scanning using USB connection, open the Dell All-In-One Center, click on scanning and copying and scan from there.

Scanning wirelessly, use the scan buttons on the printer.
