Dell All in One Photo 926 Printer
Please herewith a summary of my issue with the scanner as follows:
- When I preview the item I am trying to scan the scan looks good.
- The image is an invoice with title, address , phone numbers.
- The balance of the document is lines.
The lines don't scan even thouh they are on the screen. With a photo image the show but with Microsoft Word they don't.
Does anyone have an idea of what I can do to scaan the lines with the other items on the document.

nyr-ranger,
If the document is scanned as an image, it would be like scanning a picture but it cannot be edited.
If you use the Dell All-IN-One Center and scan the document to Microsoft Word, as a rtf file, does the lines appera in the scanned document?
What is the scan page size for scanning. I have mine on 8 1/2 x 11 at all times.
