Dell MFP 2825cdn Scanning Blurred

This printer is not even a month old.  Printing is working wonderfully whether it be via usb or the networked-type function.

I just started using the scan feature and the scans are very blurry.  I have to scan receipts for work and the type can't even be read.  This applies whether I use the feeder or lay flat on the glass. None of these changes have improved the image enough to be able to read it:

Resolution all the way up to 9,200

Text, black & White or Color

Pdf, jpg, tiff, etc.

Brightness adjustment

Contrast adjustment

Any ideas?
