Dell MFP Laser 3115cn

We have this printer and it has two trays. I have the printer deployed through a Windows server and have the driver being pushed from there. For some reason it will only print as legal paper. I have tried filling both trays with letter paper and it still prints legal. I have logged into the printer's web interface and gone to tray settings but there doesn't really seem to be a way to set it to letter.

Can anyone help me figure out how to get the driver to see both trays and make it so I can pick the sizing?
