Dell P703 AIO Won't Print on Form

I am trying to print on a form that has a pre-printed design.  I am loading the paper face-down as directed and with the design on the pre-printed paper on the right hand side of the tray.  The paper feeds thru without printing and the printer posts an error message that the paper is not loaded properly.  When I load the paper face down with the pre-printed design on the left hand side of the tray, it prints OK.  Any suggestions?
