Dell P703w AIO issues.

I have a dell P703w AIO printer, it is contected to my wireless network and my windows 7 computer can print off it just fine, but when I try to setup the printer wirelessly to my windows XP computer it says cannot install driver. So I  ran the sofeware with the intention of connecting the computer by USB and installed the drivers that way. They seemed to install fine with no errors, but when it came time to connect the printer via USB nothing happened. the box that asked what I wanted to do with the Dell AIO came up but the wizard to not see that it was plugged in. I dont know what to do to get the printer to work on my windows xp computer please help.
