Hi im having a problem with a v305v printer...
Everythings connected fine and it worked well untill the drivers were installed and it started not working.
The problem is when i hit the power button it blinks green 2 times and shows a red exclamation mark on the panel..
So i took the printer apart to see if there were any bad connections and there weren't, does anyone know how to relieve this problem?
I tried to look at the error messages for the V305w Printer and I couldn't determin if it was a out of paper, paper jam or an ink cartridge error. What shows up on the printer's screen?
What is a Dell Service Tag and how do I locate it?
