Dell W515V printer will not print in black

I have read all previous posts on this subject and followed all recommend solutions to no avail. The laptop is connected via USB cable. All test printing as been from the computer and also using the copier. In 'Printing preference the (use all ink ) was ticked. Auto, quick print etc buttons where all used. All giving the same results.

When the button on the printers front panel indicating either black or colour was pressed to BLACK then nothing was printed on all occasions. On all occasions when pressed to colour a faint red ink printed the documents. when the print on the word document was change to the colour Blue the printer still printed a faint red ink on the document. HELP.
