Dell laser 3000cn will not print
I have a Dell Dimension 5150C operating with XP connected to a Dell laser printer 3000cn. It has worked exceptionally well for three years. The connection to the printer seems to be OK. Now when I try to print I get the message "Load MPF Letter Plain 1". I have gone through all the steps on the 'Printer Help' with no success. I have adjusted the paper guides. No success. How do I solve the problem?

Mine is doing the exact same thing ... did you ever find a solution? Best of luck ...

I did online chat with tech support - they were able to fix my issue. So relieved! This is what we did:
press the menu button once and down until you see configure
CONFIGURE > MAINTENANCE > INIT NVRAM > Yes, we are sure
Once initiallized, restart printer
This worked for me - hope this helps someone else out.

Yep, I'm all set! I was pleasantly surprised that something so simple fixed the problem - it doesn't usually work out that way. :emotion-1:
