I have a Dell v515w 4-in-1 inkjet printer. I use a black cartridge and one color cartridge. Both cartridges have ink. I have downloaded firmware, I have downloaded a driver (I think). I have re-inserted both cartridges. I have checked the box that says "use all available ink." The printer still won't print color. I noticed it about a month or so ago. I don't use color often. But I have a fax cover sheet that has color and last month I used it and noticed the color didn't print out.
Can anyone please help me find out the issue and help resolve it? This has never happened before.
