Error message 007-371 E525W Printer :

Hi Everyone,

My E525 Lasrr printer is still making trouble (indeed it never worked properly even after it was replaced on warranty). The new error message is 007-371. What can I do (apart from buying a HP printer ;-)? Can anyone help? I am very frustrated with this very, very unreliable printer.

Sorry, I did not find the information helpful as it provides no answer to the question. How can I get in contact with Tech Support. The Service Tag on my printer is not recognised.

If you purchased your printer from Dell directly, Tech support can find your account with your Customer Number, Order Number, Telephone Number, or Email Address.

If you purchased from a reseller or an online auction reseller, then you would need to register your product in your name with Dell to take advantage of any warranty available.

Unfortunately, since you're not located in the USA, I would not be able to access your records.
