LexBce dependancy removal issue

I have removed my A940 from my Inspiron; used cleanup etc.  I am trying to install a new printer, not getting any success other than an eror message telling me the print spooler is stopped.  The cause seems to be a LexBce dependency in the spooler string.  I am not able to eliminate this problem no matter what methods are used. Can you tell me how to remove this dependency so that I may use the new printer?

Thank you

First run Delete Print Jobs to remove any stuck print jobs from the queue.

Make sure the printer is not connected.

Download and run the patch(printer cleanup utility) until ir promtps you to restart your computer.

Rsestart your computer. Make sure the printer is removed. Manual Printer Driver Removal

This should give you a clean start with the other printer.
