My DELL AIO Printer 962 is not scanning!!!

When I select "scan" from the printer panel and click on "select" and then "copy", nothing happens.  It was working fine, I never had any problems..but suddenly no scanning.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled the driver and still nothing!

 

Any ideas what I need to do to get my printer scanning again?
