My Dell C1765nf won't recognize new Cyan cartridge
I have a Dell C1765nf printer that has been working great. But last week it said the Cyan and the Black toner had both run out. We replaced both toner cartridges and initially it didn't recognize either one. It said we still needed to replace them. After pulling them out, reinstalling them, and rebooting the printer it recognized the black and has been printing fine on B/W. But it still said we had no Cyan. Thinking maybe the cartridge was the problem, we bought a 2nd Cyan cartridge and installed it. Still didn't work. Our printer keeps telling us we need a new Cyan cartridge and will not print color.
Any ideas?
