Need to install driver without printer HELP PLS A940

I have to install a printer driver for a traveling agent on our PCAnywhere computer. He has the printer so when I try to add the printer driver to the computer it keeps failing because the printer is not hooked up.

Is there some way to install the driver for the A940 without having the printer? This is very frustrating...
