New H625cdw refuses to connect to WiFi

I am trying to install a brand new Dell Printer - H625 cdw.  Unlike the other computers and printers I have owned, this one will not connect to WiFi.  I wonder if a default setting is wrong for my normal WiFi system?  It claims there is no signal which is not correct.  I printed the network settings from my HP printer which works fine and aside from enabling "IPv4" and "IPv6" the settings match.  What in the world is preventing the printer from logging into the WiFI?
