New Printer Toner and Drum
The light was blinking on the "toner low", "flashing replace drum" area on the printer; so, I just replaced both. After the installation, the light is still blinking. I tried shutting off the printer and turning it back on, but it was still blinking. I then tried removing the drum and re-installing it, but the light is still blinking.
What is the problem?

Hello,
Have you tried to replace the old drum and toner back into the printer and power cycle it, THEN swap the new toner into the old drum, power cycle again, then take out the old drum and put the new drum into the printer with the new toner....see if this set of steps works.
If they do not, check the metal contacts inside the printer with the drum and toner out, they look like little metal fingers on the bottom right, inside the cavity where the drum goes. Check to see if any are bent or stuck down. Do this with the power OFF.
