PCL ERROR

I have just serviced a customers pc and now they can not print to their Dell 3000cn colour laser printer. When I try to do a test page the printer whirs up as if it is about to print then stops and there is an error message 'PCL ERROR' (on the printer lcd).

I tried it a few times and at one time I turned the printer off for 30 seconds and back on again it printed 5 test pages. So the data is getting to the printer.

There are two other laptops in the house that print to the printer with no problem.

I have Googled the problem but have yet to find an answer that works.

Any advice would be much appreciated.
