Hi,
Which make and model printer do you have? If it is a Dell you can find the User Manuals posted online for most of our printers at http://support.Dell.com.

She has a 948 All-In-One (PRODUCT) RED™ Printer owners thread (W7)
She keeps making a new thread instead of responding to the thread she's asking for help. All she has to do is to click on the BLUE SUBJECT in the email and then click REPLY when she get to Dell Website.
