The Hinge that you are talking about is not sold as a standalone part from Dell. However you can try checking it locally.

The printer was made for Dell by Lexmark. Lexmark got out of the printer business. If you can find another printer or find a business that may be able to fix it locally, then I would say you're going to have a hard time replacing the hinge.
Are you sure the hinge is in the proper slot? I thought the hinge for the top assembly just slides into place.
