Windows 7 professional not recognizing Dell Multifunction Laser Printer 1600n 2nd paper tray

I have been using the printer with the 2nd paper tray with Windows 7 Home, but I got a new computer with Windows 7 Professional and it will not recognize the 2nd paper tray. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the printer with no luck. Please help me.
