XPS 8940, BT Mail will not print as it is in pdf format

I had no trouble printing with my previous PC. I now have a dell XPS 8940 and I use BT Mail. When I try to print an email it merely creates a document and will not print. I have tried several conversion programs and none seem to work. I tried to cut and paste into Libre writer and save as a word document, still I could not print. Can anyone tell me how I can change things to get an email printed. I am using Windows 10 64 bit.
