dell 3010cn laser printer driver for windows 8

You can check the list of compatible Dell printers with Windows 8 from the link http://dell.to/YJYUIe. Dell 3010cn Color Laser Printer is not compatible with Windows 8, however, you can try installing the drivers for Windows 7. You can download and install the driver here.

If you come across any error regarding compatibility, then try installing the driver in Compatibility mode.

• Download the driver from link mentioned above
• Right Click the driver installation file and select Properties -- > Compatibility Tab.
• Select Windows 7 from the list in the following image
  
  
  
  
• Click Apply -- > OK
• Right Click the file and select the 'Run As Administrator' to install the driver

Unfortunately, I have the same problem, and it does not work with Windows 7 drivers...

But I reached a solution by using a shared printer on a XP station
I suppose that this can work using a shared printer on Vista or on Windows Seven...

:emotion-1: I hope that it can be possible to find windows 8 drivers soon...

I was able to get a test page to print from Windows 8.1 using the Windows 7 driver listed above.

All I did was change the TCP/IP port settings from LPR to RAW.

Will do some more testing.

Also, not sure if large print jobs will choke the printer in RAW mode.
