Yikes I can't get help for this issue! I have the 313W Dell Printer and supposedly my warranty is up so NO ONE IS helping me! What do I need to do I am in School and need my printer working!
what does that mean? I don't understand. My 313W says i need to update my printer software but doesn't tell me how and Dell support won't help because the warranty is up!

Make and model of your computer and operating system? 32-bit or 64-bit?
What virus program and firewall are you using?
Printer wired or using the wireless adapter? If wireless adapter, is the printer working on your wireless network?
