We are starting to virtualize all of our storage behind Vplex. Does Prosphere fully support end to end reporting with the Vplex in the middle?

No, Vplex discovery is not currently supported in ProSphere
Support for Vplex is on the roadmap and will be added with a later build of ProSphere

We have purchased the SRM suite and have VPLEX VS2 Metroplex / VNX5500 x2 / UCS configuration.
