Dell Backup and Recovery Manager says Windows Recovery Environment is not installed
I just factory reset my Latitude E6540 Windows 7 OS using F8 from boot than Repair Windows which then sends me to the Windows Recovery Environment (see 3rd screenshot below), but now that everything's installed, I get the Dell Backup and Recovery Manager pop-up down at the bottom right each time I log in, and if I click to Create Disks Now (see 1st screenshot), it pops up an error saying "The system does not have Windows Recovery Environment installed" (see 2nd screenshot).
When I look up what Windows Recovery Environment is, it's exactly what what's accessed by F8 from boot...
So I'm confused on what's going on; I'm on a 64-bit Windows 7 Pro system and Dell Backup and Recovery Manager was installed as 32-bit in Program Files (x86). When I uninstall the program, I still get the reminder pop-up in the notification bar on the bottom right, and the icon is still there and I can right-click it and open it up (though clicking the buttons in it do nothing) or see About or Exit. I feel like I'm being haunted by malfunctioning Dell integrated software...

On the first screen, you should be able to click 'don't show this again' on the bottom left and then click the red X. It should go away after that. It sounds like you might have a misconfigred copy of DBAR.

Do yourself a favor, and do not use this terrible software by Dell. Any other backup software is better, and maintained at least. I made the mistake of buing the "premium" LOL! version of this software.
Dell DBAR is unininstalled and I will never use or trust it again.
