jasc Paint Shop Pro Studio, Dell Edition
Hello:
I have Windows XP. Every time I start the computer, Windows Installer tries many times to install jasc, but it can't because there is no CD that it asks for. I tried to "remove" it at Control Panel but it won't remove. It takes up 170 MB of space, so it's in there somewhere. How do I get rid of it? How do I get Windows Installer to quit trying to install it?

I had the same issue. Found the solution here:

I hit Ctrl-Alt-Delete and ended the process for Jasc installer. Un-installed all the software, then used the "Windows Installer Clean-up Utility" the tech guy points you to. Hope this helps you.
