Adobe Premiere Pro Hangs when Docked... Works when unDocked

Dell Latitude E5540

Windows 10 64bit Enterprise (Latest Sp and Updates)

Video Drives and all other drives updated

16 Gig Ram

SSD HD

When I load Adobe Premiere and start to import video's the App will hang.  This also happens on other adobe products at different stages.  Normally loading images or files.  

Then I undock the computer, and everything returns to normal.  Once it loads, I can re-dock and continue working. 

I've gone through and set all power saving settings to Max performance.  

I contacted Adobe support and they say to contact Dell Support.

In this case you will need to check with Dell for any compatibility issues with drivers between Adobe apps and docking station
