Can't get original software back

I recently destroyed my machine and had to replace the HDD.  I called Dell and got the address where I may load my software after placing a new hard drive in my Inspiron N7110 only to find ServiceTag not supported.  I went to https://smartsource.dell.com/ to get this software.  Is there anything else I may do?  I don't think I should pay for extended support on this.  I simply want to get Nero and some other software back on my machine prior to the accident.

Hi Sean,

Request you to try using the above link in the Internet Explorer browser only, the service tag should get detected automatically. If it doesn’t happen restart the computer, keep tapping F2 key and check if the correct service tag is mentioned in BIOS screen.
