Cannot access my downloads, need software after clean install
I tried accessing the my downloads section after doing a clean install on windows 7. For some reason after I agree and accept nothing happens. Am I missing something?

See if anything in this thread helps (toward the end) - need to be using IE, have .net Framework 3.0 (which should already be in Win7, but might as well check), and see if crazi_joe's suggestion to use compatibility mode helps.
