DELL SUPPORT! PowerDVD stopped playing BD movies!
It seems like a petty issue, but I've wasted MANY HOURS trying to diagnose this. But when you buy a system that breaks when an OS patch is applied. THEN the 3rd party vendor will not let youi fidx it without purchasing a $100 software. I feel like I've been HAD.
I've been a loyal Dell customer for 10+ years and the fact that I can't get support for my new system is a kick in the teeth!
Bluray disks stopped playing suddenly. Cyberlink will NOT let me update their player which came with my Studio XPS8100. Dells tools can NOT diagnose the problem.
Shame on you Dell! Please tell me how to fix this.
