DELL backup PREMIUM Activation Code does not work

I have had a problem with DELL backup PREMIUM tiles not displaying, this was caused as American English was not selected on installation.  This was corrected and it now works fine, until it run an update not on American English and it again caused the tiles to be displayed incorrectly again.    DELL replaced my motherboard today on my XPS 12, and this changed the Windows key as it is locked into the motherboard (the technitian gave me a new Windows key).   After the technitian replaced the motherboard, and the Premium Backup ran an upgrade that caused the tiles to again fail, I removed the backup PREMIUM software, reinstalled it, but it will not accept the "Your Activation Code" that it previously accepted saying, "upgrade failed".  

Please advise how I can correct this.
