Dell DataSafe software suddenly quit working

Today my DataSafe software disconnects immediately after start-up with error code MS_2 "The system cannot find the file specified". I haven't changed anything on my system over the last couple of days.

In addition, when I look at my list of files that I can restore, the list is empty - even though the meter shows that I am using 4GB of my 10GB allocation. So something is there.

My subscription is up to date and the back-up worked fine three days ago. Any help would be appreciated.
