I know this will seem like a dumb question but I need to ask it. I get a baloon on my system tray telling me that the Dell Support Center has 1 critical alert for me. When i start the program, I can not locate the Alert to read. Any idea where I can see this critical alert.
I have the exact same situation for my Dimension 9200 running Win/XP SP3. Was there ever an answer for this question? I have assumed that it will be a waste of time to contact Dell because the computer is out of warranty. Still, the Dell-supplied software should be supported but I have no idea where to go
