I receive my new OptiPlex 9020 and tried to get the digital download to work for acrobat that I purchased with the computer. Digital download does not work, a screen pops up and says digital down load, then after a few seconds disappears. Dell support is no help at all, I asked for a disk or some other media to be sent to I could have use of the software that I paid dell for. The person on the phone just kept saying 'I'll email you in 24 to 48 hours with the solution'.
Does anyone know how to fix the digital download so I can get the software?
