Emergency backup

  Hi,

       Last week , I restored my computer to factory setup state. And the dell local backup asked me for emergency backup.

It said that after the restoration , it will leave the emergency backup folder under C:.  After restoration of my computer, I can't run the backup

file. There is an error message showing that the version of this file is not compatible with my current system. My system  is a 64 bit system.

How can I restore my file ? Am I going to loose my file ? Somebody help me please..
