FastAccess Permanently Disabled?

FastAccess has recently not been working for me. The computer makes me login every single time with my password and even when I try running the wizard to configure settings in the app, there is no green box or camera that appears to capture my face.

I tried resetting the app and seeing whether the initial login face recognition was enable correctly, but nothing works.

I'm running Windows 10 and have had this problem for probably a month now. Any advice or help will be appreciated.
