I can't reinstall my Roxio creator starter on my Dell XPS 15 (L502x). I even tried using My Dell Downloads it is there but I cant select it. can anyone help me to get the software?

There are a limited number of downloads from the my dell downloads. Usually 2 or 3 times then no more.
