Install the latest version of iTunes, then connect your iPhone with a Lightning cable. The first time you do this, you'll need to make sure your iPhone is unlocked. Choose to trust the PC you've connected to, and then if you browse to This PC in Windows Explorer, your iPhone should appear as a digital camera there, and from there you can browse down through folders to access the photos. If you don't see that, disconnect and reconnect the iPhone. For some reason the digital camera doesn't always appear even though iTunes detects the phone.
